Jason Loong is a member of the Singapore Professional Golf Association.
Born with a natural talent for sports, Jason began playing golf at the age of 5, spending most of his childhood immersed in both golf and baseball. At just 9 years old, he became the youngest player to represent Singapore at the Asia Pacific Junior Golf Championships. Over the years, he has won multiple trophies as an amateur, from local inter-school tournaments to amateur championships abroad.
Jason continued to develop his skills at the Singapore Sports School, where he played on the school team and represented Singapore in both the National Youth Squad and National Team for all four years. After graduating, he enlisted in the military and subsequently obtained Singaporean citizenship.
Jason then relocated to Perth, Australia, where he trained with Pro Tour Golf College for several years. Following this, he began his professional golfing career in Thailand, starting with the Asian qualifying school and launching his coaching career with Champions Golf.
Jason is known for his ability to connect with kids and has experience coaching juniors, beginners, and intermediate golfers. His coaching expertise focuses on holistic performance, including on-course management and strengthening the mental game.
