Please read carefully before signing up to any program/plan or before visiting the venue.

General

• The Center consists of 5 main bays, a putting green, a gym, fitting and a physiotherapy room which are available to clients/users from the general public.
• A no running policy is in place throughout the venue and should be adhered to at all times.
• Each simulator bay has a clear area demarked by a black line. During operation, only one player is permitted to stand within this area. Other players must stand in safe zones and are to keep all users free from hazard. DBGC cannot be held responsible for injuries where these instructions have not been followed.
• Bookings can be made through three different methods: Phone, Walk-In and Online Booking.
• Golf attire is required to make use of the facility.
• All the packages and programs are for personal use only. They are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. This includes Junior Development Plan (JDP) packages — no combining or transferring of hours, even among family members.
• Equipment for beginners is available upon request during lessons only.
• All damages must be reported to a member of staff immediately. Failure to do so, and resulting injury, cannot hold DBGC liable for the aforementioned.
• All users are expected to behave responsibly throughout their visit in the interest of everyone’s enjoyment and safety.
• DBGC reserves the right to decline bookings and/or eject individuals who are drunk, under the influence, disruptive, violent, or involved in illegal activity.
• All users are responsible for safekeeping of personal belongings while at the venue.
• DBGC is not liable for loss or damage to personal possessions during your visit.
• DBGC is not liable for damage to equipment caused by users — full payment will be required for any damage caused.
• All bookings must be paid for before using the facility or attending lessons.
• Clients under DBGC cannot engage with other golf academies or coaches unless approved by the head coach and management.
• Booking cancellations or time changes must be made more than 48 hours in advance.
• We may take photos/videos during sessions for marketing or promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.).
• Bookings canceled within 48 hours are non-refundable unless a valid medical certificate is provided.
• If a client cannot finish a program due to medical reasons, remaining hours can be transferred to a new 6 or 12-hour program.
• Simulator bays are priced hourly and accommodate up to 4 guests per bay.
• The putting area is also priced hourly and can host up to 6 guests at a time.
• Programs are available only to Singapore Residents. Ad hoc lesson fees apply for overseas customers.
• Programs will be forfeited after expiry.
• 6-hour golf or fitness program: valid for 3 months.
• 12-hour golf or fitness program: valid for 6 months.
• 6-hour golf & fitness program: valid for 2 months.
• 12-hour golf & fitness program: valid for 3 months.
• Rental Bay “10 Hours Pay & Save” program: valid for 3 months.

Bay Rental

• All rental bays are strictly by appointment basis. Players may check and book the available slots online on the website to secure a slot. If you wish to book a bay less than 12 hours from your preferred slot, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +65 9047 2041.
• Our Bay Rental Service is charged on an hourly basis per 1 player. One bay rental can be occupied by one player, and up to 4 players maximum.
• Additional charge for more than 1 player in the same bay/putting green will be half of the hourly cost rate.
• If the player wishes to extend his or her time, he/she may check with our member of staff.
• Lost time due to late coming or any other reasons will neither be compensated nor made up.
• The use of the putting green only is considered as per 1-hour rental. It can be used with an existing person in the bay or alone.
• The cancellation policy is within 48 hours. Any cancellation less than 48 hours is strictly non-refundable unless a medical certificate is produced.
• The 10-hour package is for personal use only. It is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Using the Putting Green and 3D PuttView Putting Green included!

Junior Development Program

Our dedicated team meticulously plans each day’s classes to optimize the learning experience for every junior participant. We ensure that each session is tailored to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in achieving developmental goals.

Fee Structure:

Our fee structure remains unchanged: $50 per hour for the 34-hour package and $45 per hour for the 68-hour package and $40 per hour for 8hr package.

Coaching Team:

All of our golf coaches are integral members of our junior development plan. Rather than assigning specific coaches to individual groups or individuals, our approach emphasizes collaboration and cohesion within the coaching team, under the careful guidance of our Director.

Booking Procedure:

All classes are consistently confirmed at the center on a weekly basis, scheduled at the identical time each week.

Media Consent Notice:

Please be aware that we may capture photographs and videos during Junior Development Plan sessions. These materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes across our website, social media platforms, and other communication channels. If you have any concerns regarding media use involving your child, please inform our staff in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a booking for your child, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel within the specified time frame may result in a cancellation fee, unless a MC is provided.

No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show by your child without prior cancellation, a no-show fee may be charged, and future bookings may be subject to restrictions.

Rescheduling:

Requests for rescheduling bookings are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but please note that availability may be limited during peak times.

Code of Conduct:

We expect all junior golfers, including your child, to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times while on the premises of DB Golf Center.
Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the suspension or termination of booking privileges.

Course Session and Short Game/Putting Practice Guidelines:

• Attendance Expectations: We encourage all junior golfers to participate in the course session at least twice a month to maximize the benefits for your child.
• Flexible Scheduling: Course lessons are available every day of the week, with the exception of Tuesdays.
• Deduction Policy: A 2.5-hour lesson duration will be deducted from the active package for each course session attended.
• Lesson Focus: The primary focus of our course sessions is to enhance skills in the areas of short game, scoring techniques, course management, and understanding golf rules.
• Weather Contingency: In the event of course lesson cancellations at Changi Golf Club due to inclement weather, the lesson will be relocated to our facility. Unfortunately, postponements or cancellations are not possible under such circumstances, unless for Mondays at Sembawang Country Club.
• Outdoor Lessons: We’re excited to announce that short game and putting lessons are now available outdoors at Sembawang Country Club starting at 2 PM every Mondays.

Program Duration & Validity (starting with the new packages):

34 hours Plan ($1700)

• 3 hrs classes: validity 2 months
• 2 hrs classes: validity 2 months and 3 weeks

68 hours Plan ($3060)

• 3 hrs classes: validity 4 months
• 2 hrs classes: validity 5 months and 2 weeks

Extension of packages will be approved when kids travel overseas or those that are not ready to play on course.

Attire:

• Training at the Center: All juniors are required to wear the DB Golf Center uniform during training sessions. Additionally, they should bring an extra T-Shirt for fitness training purposes.
• Course Attire: When accessing golf course, juniors must adhere to the following dress code: pants or golf shorts, belt, DB Golf Polo T-shirt, and golf shoes (preferably spikeless). These attire requirements ensure a professional and respectful representation of our center while promoting safety and comfort during golf activities.

Post-Class Training at the Center:

All junior participants are encouraged to utilize our facility for additional training after classes.
We offer an affordable package providing unlimited facility usage for $130 per month, exclusively available to our juniors. Another option is to get the 10 hours rental bay package at $250/10hours ($25/hr).

Transportation Options:

Ideally, participants should arrange their transportation, such as using personal vehicles or taxis.
However, if needed, two of our coaches have vehicles and may assist with transportation on a case-by-case basis. Please discuss this privately for further arrangements.

Performance Tracking Report:

We will submit a comprehensive bimonthly report, highlighting various aspects of the game for each Junior.

Access to Golfing Area During Classes:

Parents are not permitted to access to the golfing area during classes unless specifically requested by the coach or if they have a rental bay reserved for the same time slot. The same policy applies to outdoor training to ensure focused and uninterrupted learning environments.

Coaching Outside DB Golf Center:

It is not permitted for junior golfers to engage in golf classes with other academies unless they are part of the SGA National Team or have been approved for shared coaching arrangements by DB Golf Center.
We emphasize the benefits of consistent coaching within our Junior Development Program , including access to structured development, specialized resources, expert guidance, and a long-term development plan tailored to each individual’s needs.

Special Request for 1-1 lesson:

Occasionally is possible to have 1-1 lesson. 3 hours will be deducted from the program. If the lesson is recurrent additional 6 and 12 hour program are available.

Indemnity & Risk Acknowledgement

By enrolling your child in any program at DB Golf Center, parents and guardians acknowledge that golf and related training activities involve physical movement and carry a risk of injury. While DB Golf Center takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, the Center, its coaches, and staff will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during training sessions, competitions, or while using the facility.
