At DB Golf Center, our Golf Fitness Training programs are designed to support the golf game both indoor and oncourse. We go beyond traditional swing instruction by focusing on the physical foundation of your performance and our training helps you move more efficiently and swing more powerfully. Whether your goal is to increase clubhead speed, improve posture and movement, or reduce the risk of injury, your training plan is customized to meet your needs. By integrating Golf Physical Training with your regular coaching, we ensure your body is fully prepared to deliver consistent performance and evident improvement in your swing.  

DB Golf offers Strength & Conditioning classes to help improve your athletic ability. The process of our program begins with the assessment of your athletic ability as is, followed by a meticulously curated personalized group or individual program.

Our Golf coaching program aims to increase and improve overall functional strength, for consistent athletic performance in adults and juniors.

We pride ourselves in covering all bases of the fitness components:

  • Coordination – The ability to use different parts of the body together efficiently
  • Agility – to be able to move quickly and easily
  • Power – ability to overcome resistance in the shortest period of time
  • Reaction Time – time needed to respond consciously to an external stimulus
  • Balance – the ability to be in control of one’s center of mass no matter the plane
  • Speed – the ability to move in one direction as quickly as possible

Our golf fitness coaching caters to everyone, from juniors to adults, with a personalized plan for each participant. We recommend sharing any past injuries or physical limitations so we can tailor the program safely. For those looking to increase club speed, we also offer our Speed Training Masterclass and additional golf fitness programs to enhance performance.
