Marley Najak is a qualified PGA Professional with strong expertise in coaching, custom fitting, and golf operations. Mentored by Welsh National Coach Gareth James and putting specialist Ollie Leet, Marley developed a deep understanding of player development, performance analysis, and modern coaching methodologies. 

Across multiple respected UK golf clubs, he has coached golfers of all levels from beginners to elite amateurs through structured private lessons, junior programs, on-course strategy coaching, and performance based training. Marley is also skilled in explaining systems like DECADE Golf, as well as mental coaching to help players lower scores. 

Alongside coaching, he has held leadership roles in golf operations and retail, giving him a strong foundation in running elite level coaching environments with technology such as GCQuad, Trackman, and advanced custom fitting systems. 

Marley continues to grow his coaching influence at Belton Park Golf Club, where he leads external coaching programs, junior development, online content creation, and custom fitting services.
